Experience is required to lead and teach

Instrumental in at least 3-4 conversion to the faith
Evangelistic (A Must)
You must be willing to spend entire days faith sharing

Good at building friendships with those who are not Christians
Athletic
Able to play sports like basketball, beach volleyball, softball, touch football, soccer in order to meet people.
A Team Player
But still under the leadership of the congregational leaders.
Lead A Bible Study
Being able to prepare, coordinate and lead a Bible Study
A Strong Recommendation.
Coming recommended from a congregation where elders/evangelists know him.
A Teachable Attitude
Open and willing to learn ministry from a former minister/teacher.
Public Speaking
Willing to preach congregationally at least once a month
Teach The Young
Able to teach a Teen midweek Bible class
